The Student council is looking for event coordinators for this year's BW

What is BW?
BW is an event spanning a small weekend in the fall, where all those who have helped throughout tutoring 2026 are rewarded for their efforts - and we need your help to make sure it becomes the best it can be! BW usually lasts 1-2 days on campus, but as chairpeople you have the power to shape the event into whatever you think would create the most fun and nice time for our well deserving tutors.
Your tasks
Your main objective will be to create an event for all those involved In tutoring, where they can get rewarded for all of their hard work during august. This means that we want you to create an event that has something for everyone, where different interests, boundaries and levels of accessibility are respected. The different tasks within this objective will vary from event planning and volunteer coordination to putting your own creative ideas into reality, which includes the following:
Recruiting and coordinating volunteers for the event (Mainly bartenders, cooks, sober guards and clean up crew)
Planning and executing activities
Buying, booking and setting up relevant items, sound equipment and other things needed for the event
- Keeping tutors informed about the event, program and planned activities
- Continuous collaboration with the Student Council, which includes 'check in' meetings for us to follow the progress
Furthermore, it is required that the social interaction policy is taken into account in this process
